Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance for the billing period shown at checkout.
  • You can cancel to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in limited situations, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or when a refund is required by applicable law. Where appropriate, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Service delivery

Our services involve scheduling, field operations, and report preparation. If you believe a delivered service did not meet expectations, contact support with details so we can review and, where applicable, offer remediation.
